Painting a Peony for Garnet Hill

This week was really fun.  I got to take a day to paint a backdrop to be used in a photo session for an upcoming Garnet Hill catalog.  I had one day to paint this eight foot tall flower in acrylic.  

This studio space in Chelsea was incredible with amazing natural light and beautiful NYC views from the thirteenth floor.
